Thank you for the excellent service you provided from the Wirral to Dover on 19/10/13 and return on 16/11/13. The driver was a lovely man to spend 6 hours travel with. He and his vehicle were immaculate and nothing was too much trouble for him to make our journey an excellent one.

We will recommend Ports Direct to our cruising friends as we did to fellow passengers who paid almost as much to travel by coach with all that inconvenience.

I should like to record how very pleased I have been at the service provided by Ports Direct on our recent journey to and from Dover on the 4th and 11th July.

Despite having to travel with other passengers from Cornwall our driver arrived exactly on time at my home and delivered us in good time to the Balmoral at Dover after suitable “comfort stops”. The driver was friendly, efficient and helpful and we hope to have the pleasure of travelling with him and your firm on a future occasion.

May I take this opportunity to thank Ports Direct for excellent service. My first time with you, but not my last. The driver was excellent and attentive and our holiday started well thanks to him. His reassuring phone call a week before the cruise was most welcome and he was on the quayside awaiting disembarkation on our return.

Just a line to thank you for the cancellation document for my travel insurance claims form and for the very kind and helpful letter that accompanied it.

Fate decreed that I can’t go on this wonderful Canaries cruise (I’ve always wanted to visit the Canaries) but I’m optimistic and I hope to be back to book you next year for further Fred Olsen cruises.

Just to say we were delighted with your transport arrangements. The two drivers concerned were excellent and very helpful. The vehicles both going to Dover and coming home were clean and very comfortable. We would have no hesitation in using your services again or recommending you to friends.

Having recently used your company to transport us to and from Dover, I would be grateful if you could pass on our thanks to the two drivers involved. The road conditions were not good, particularly on the way back, but they both did a very professional job. We would not hesitate to use your company again.

I am aware that people often complain about services but rarely give a compliment. I therefore wish to compliment you on the excellent service we received both from Karl Lapage who dealt with my query quickly, but also the driver who was very efficient, friendly, a good driver, and managed to get us to Harwich with little delay despite a serious road accident on the way. The whole process took out the stress of travelling.

I would just like to get a message to Tony one of your drivers to say a big Thank You for getting me to and from Dover. He had such difficulties with the weather but managed it safely and on time.
