Your driver will telephone you prior to collection to introduce themselves, putting your mind at rest that our driver will be there ready and waiting for you on the day.
We operate a 24hr duty controller so that if your vehicle does experience a problem during your cruise transfers and we need a replacement, we can use our resources to find a replacement quickly and efficiently, minimising any stress and concerns to our valued customers.
