How a Ports Direct transfer works
Your journey starts at your front door, and can run via a pre cruise hotel, an airport or a train station on the way to the port:
- Your home — the driver arrives at the agreed time, helps with your luggage and sets off.
- Pre cruise hotel, airport or train station — an optional leg if you are staying over or flying in before you sail.
- Port — you arrive at the terminal 3-4 hours before sailing, with courtesy rest breaks planned at regular intervals along the way.
On a shared service you may be joined by other cruise passengers en-route, with a maximum of 3 additional pick-ups. On a private service the vehicle is yours alone.
