In order to provide transport services to the user, Ports Direct has to provide limited information to operational partners, for example; to provide a door-to-door service Ports Direct need to provide the taxi operator with the users name and address. Ports Direct only provides such data as is operationally necessary for provision of services.
When completing the contact form, order forms, or other forms, the user volunteers their name and contact details. This data is transmitted to Ports Direct where it is used to process and respond to the user's enquiry or to fulfill their order. By submitting the form, the user agrees to this use of the volunteered data.
Ports Direct uses IP addresses and browser type/version information to analyse trends/usage, administer the site and gather broad geographic information for aggregate use. None of the data collected is linked to personally identifiable information. Ports Direct may share summaries of our log file data with third parties. We will not share any data that could be identified with an individual person.

Information Collection and Use
When you book your cruise transport with Ports Direct, you have the option of paying on-line. Our payment pages are hosted by Barclays Bank and secured with SSL encryption. When you pay on-line, you provide your card details directly to the bank. At no time are they known to, or stored by, Ports Direct or it's systems.

When you place your first order with Ports Direct an account will be created for you. The login details for this account will be sent to you along with your order confirmation.
Do not share your login details with anyone. If you lose or forget your password you can request a new one from our login page.
At no time will any member of Ports Direct's staff ask you for your password. If anyone asks you for your password, do not tell them. If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact a member of our customer services team on 0843 0843 003.
