The Ports Direct unique service has been developed with the passengers needs at the top of our list. This unique and efficient service will allow passengers & agents to securely login and make new bookings at anytime of the day.
You can search historical bookings within the system to keep a track of your transfer, and download confirmation of booking and invoice. As well as downloading and printing these documents, an automated booking confirmation will also be emailed to you when your booking is made.
In practice the new Ports Direct system will use postal code feeds into the system in order to "map" the client's requirements and offer up a price. The price given enables a live booking to secure the required transfers which are handled via a local taxi operator to pre-determined coach "hubs" (as established by the system as part of the pre-search criteria). Once the relevant hub is selected, the final transfer (from hub to cruise port by coach) can then be calculated and the booking transaction completed.
