The Ports Direct service has been developed with cruise passengers needs as our top priority at all times. This unique and efficient service allows passengers and cruise agents to securely login and make new bookings at any time of the day.
We provide a shared door-to-door and private door to door service for selected cruises departing from the ports of Dover, Harwich and Southampton. (We only offer a private door to door service for all other UK ports.)
Ports Direct schedules vehicles to arrive at the cruise ship 3-4 hours prior to sailing time.
All shared door to door cruise transfers guaranteed to operate even when passenger numbers are low.
The standard baggage allowance is 1 piece of hand baggage and 1 suitcase for each passenger. Additional luggage is charged at £10 and £35 (each way) for hand baggage and suitcases respectively. Maximum luggage weight: 20kg per suitcase.
Lightweight and foldable wheelchairs can also be carried at £50 + VAT (each way), Folding Walking Frames/Aids at £20 + VAT (each way) and Lightweight Scooters(*) at £70 + VAT (each way). Please contact us on 0843 0843 003 to add items to your booking with Ports Direct.
* Transportable electric mobility scooters weighing no more than 40kg, a maximum of 110cm in length and 50cm wide by 30cm in height (when collapsed) are allowed to be transported within Ports Direct vehicles.
Ports Direct cannot book passengers that are completely wheelchair bound through this system. Please contact Ports Direct on 0843 0843 003 for a bespoke quotation.
